Similar to Prabhu (Comment #26) and Shivangi (Comment #65) I too am getting a “timeout expired” error when trying to retrieve any SMSs from my phone memory. Tried it through Bluetooth as well as USB cable. But other than that it’s working fine, and is able to get the phonebook too.

Strangely, it is able to retrieve all MMSs, but only the SMSs are giving a problem. And so is “Restore/Backup” feature which gives me an error saying that phone is not supported.

I’m using New PC Studio version 1.1.2 ID3. Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated

samsung is the branded company and it plays a vital role in discharging or personality it puts a shine to your traits and leaves the trail wherever you go !!!! so use samsung and beleive it because seeing is beleiving…..take care…

is there any difference between samsung s3310 black and samsung s3310 red? as i observed “BASS” effect more effective in red one which is purchased at least 6 months before.
